WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?Ā
In this journey of self knowledge we will explore the foundations of naturopathy to harmonize the first territory, our body. We willĀ travel through our organs, guided by medicinal plants that have been our companions since ancient times. We will share knowledge to boost vitality, purifying and balancing according to individual needs.
We'll learn tools for holistic well-being through personal and collective experience, drawing upon ancestral wisdom that has sustained life in its many forms. We will apply naturopathic techniques to address various bodily symptoms, restoring natural balance through self-awareness. We will learn to distinguish what nourishes our vital energy from what drains it, recognizing our true needs at each stage of life.
This is an experiential process of 9 months, each module has a continuous process. We'll use plants according to the particularity of each participant.Ā
